Willpowered Personal Training – Terms & Conditions

This agreement is made on the date of acknowledgement, between Will @ Willpowered (“Trainer”) and the respective client (“Client”).
​
By booking or attending sessions, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Term
-
The Client hires and retains the Trainer for a defined period, during which the Client is entitled to attend pre-booked sessions within the agreed timeframe.
​
2. Fees
-
Single session: £45
-
Block of 12 sessions: £420 (£35 per session)
-
Online coaching: £80 per month
-
Hybrid coaching: £100 per month (1 in-person session per month + weekly check-ins)
Notes:
-
Block sessions must be completed within 16 weeks of booking.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless another payment plan is agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance unless due to unforeseen circumstances.

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

For block bookings, 1 session will be deducted as a penalty for late cancellations.

4. Late Arrivals
-
Sessions are 45–60 minutes and start at the scheduled time.
-
Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival or interruptions.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be charged for the session unless prior notice is given.

5. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee
-
A money-back guarantee applies to single sessions, block sessions, and 12-session programs.
-
If the Client is unsatisfied for any reasonable and sensible reason, they may request a full refund within 30 days of the session or first session of a block.

Clients who receive a refund under this policy will not be allowed to book further single or block sessions, to prevent misuse.

In cases of medical issues or prolonged circumstances preventing completion of a block, sessions may be extended up to 1 year instead of issuing a cash refund.

6. Health & Safety

The Client confirms they are medically fit to participate in physical activity and will disclose any conditions that may affect their ability to train safely.

The Trainer reserves the right to modify or refuse exercises if necessary for safety.

7. Liability
-
Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks.

The Trainer will take reasonable precautions but is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or after sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Data Protection & GDPR
-
The Client agrees to provide personal data (name, contact details, health info) for the delivery of training services.
-
Data will be stored securely and used only for scheduling, coaching, and communication related to services.

The Trainer will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
-
Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time.​

9. Intellectual Property

All training plans, programs, and materials provided by the Trainer are the intellectual property of Willpowered.

Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or sold without written consent.​
10. Accountability & Support
-
Sessions are designed to build confidence, teach proper technique, and equip the Client to continue their program independently.
-
The Trainer provides guidance and tips, ensuring the Client can safely follow the plan at home or in the gym.
​
11. Governing Law
-
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
​
12. General
-
This agreement represents the entire understanding between the Client and Trainer.
-
Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
-
If any part of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
